In our experience many people want some reassurance around decisions related to jobs and career which take into account responsiblities beyond work. The Career Check meeting is a great way to have a frank and positive discussion about options.
Transition Support
This practical service is designed for people facing redundancy. Typically 3 - 5 hours of assistance to focus on your immediate needs. Individuals can access this service directly, or through their EAP provider.
Vocational Rehabilitation
We provide occupational assessment, career advice, organise work experience, training and job placement under contract to ACC. Physiotherapy and psychological assistance is also available in some programmes. Our education tutor provides 1:1 introductory computing and literacy training at our Rangiora office.
Professional Supervision
Available to staff working in front line roles in the helping professions. We specialise in supervision for those working in rehabilitation, case management and rural communities.
